4 lbs. gardein Ground Crumble (#00113)3 cups Korean bbq sauce¼ vegetable oil3 avocados, sliced2 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced2 cups white cabbage, thinly sliced16 radishes, thinly sliced16 buns
Optional garnish:1/4 cup black sesame seeds1 cup scallions, thinly sliced
Place a large pan medium heat, add oil. Add the ground crumbles and 2 cups Korean bbq sauce and cook for 5-7minutes until crispy.
Place a 4 oz scoop of the meatless mixture on each bun, top with red & white cabbage, radish, avocado and a drizzle with the bbq sauce. Optional – sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
