3 lbs. Gardein Chick’n Strips (#00010)
¼ cup vegetable oil
5 medium heads romaine lettuce, washed, dried, torn into bite size pieces
8 cups frisee, washed, dried
5 cups Caesar dressing (vegan option available)
5 cups croutons
5 tbsp lemon juice
to taste parmesan, shaved
to taste black pepper
In a large nonstick pan, over medium high heat, add 1 tbsp. oil. Saute gardein chick'n strips in batches for 7-8 minutes, until golden brown. Add more oil as needed. Remove from pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce, frisee and Caesar dressing, until all ingredients are combined. Transfer to serving platter.
Top with prepared chick’n.
Garnish with croutons, shaved parmesan, lemon juice, and black pepper.
