3 pounds gardein Beefless Tips (#00043)
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
4 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups veg flavored broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups sour cream
6 cups hot cooked egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat oil in medium sauté pan, in batches brown the beefless tips on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside
Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook for 3 mins.
Sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture; stir until incorporated.
Stir in vegetable broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add beefless tips, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, adjust seasoning.
Serve over noodles.
Garnish with parsley.
